The new Ausminer workplace has been designed to create a professional, contemporary environment that reflects the company’s progressive approach while providing a comfortable and highly functional setting for the team.

The arrival experience is centred around a sculptural reception space that establishes the design language from the moment visitors enter. A reception counter is paired with a custom fluted timber-look feature wall, creating a strong focal point that softens the geometry of the floorplate and guides movement naturally through the office. Above, a sweeping recessed ceiling cove mirrors the curved form below, introducing an additional layer of architectural interest while creating a refined and welcoming first impression.

Glazed offices and meeting rooms maximise the flow of natural light throughout the workplace while preserving clear sightlines and a sense of transparency. The use of full-height glass partitions creates an open and collaborative atmosphere while still providing dedicated areas for focused work and private discussions.

Meeting spaces have been designed with both functionality and comfort in mind. Large windows frame expansive views and bring natural light deep into the interiors, creating engaging environments for collaboration. Feature acoustic wall treatments and timber textures introduce warmth and visual depth while enhancing the overall user experience. The balance of soft furnishings, textured finishes and integrated technology supports productive meetings in a comfortable setting.
Smaller focus and breakout rooms provide adaptable spaces for informal discussions, video conferencing and individual work. Acoustic wall linings help improve speech clarity and privacy, while carefully selected finishes maintain continuity with the broader workplace design.

The staff kitchen serves as a central hub for connection and collaboration. Soft blue cabinetry introduces a subtle burst of colour within the otherwise neutral palette, complemented by black fixtures, stone-look benchtops and stainless-steel appliances. Additional bar seating encourages informal interaction between team members, transforming the kitchen from a purely functional space into a social destination within the workplace.
The result is a contemporary workplace that balances professionalism, functionality and warmth, providing Ausminer with a flexible environment designed to support collaboration, wellbeing and future growth.
