As November draws to a close TKO have a number of projects in the construction phase. Our staff and contractors and working extremely hard with the aim of getting all of out clients into their new premises prior to Christmas.
Cubic Transportation Systems
One of the projects under construction at the moment is the new fitout for Cubic 
Transportation Systems. Cubic have leased 850m2 of space in Balcatta Rd to accommodate their expansion in Western Australia. The new offices will have the capacity to house 50 staff and contractors and includes a specialist test laboratory. The office will be essentially open plan with most employees working at workstations pods, with colourful floor treatments and screen systems.
Suite 48 – Hollywood Medical Center
TKO recently completed this medical fitout at Hollywood Medical Center at 85 Monash Ave, Nedlands for two specialists. While the design took some time because of the size and shape of the tenancy, the client was extremely pleased with the result. 
The suite has calming blue colour tones and a simple palette. A feature is the four metre long reception counter with timber and white laminate with a flush plasterboard bulkhead and specialised lighting.
Minnovo
TKO is completing a partial office fitout for Minnovo in Leederville. The client required the construction of eight new offices with custom made desks and furniture within the partially fitted out tenancy of 1200 m2. The project also required electrical, fire and mechanical services modifications for the new works.
The ORS Group
The owners of this property required TKO to upgrade ORS Group offices in 647 Wellington St, Perth. The tenants (ORS) moved to an adjacent property while TKO upgraded the bathrooms, supplied and installed new kitchens on both floors, painted the tenancy throughout in the corporate colours, replaced the floor treatments to the offices with commercial carpet tiles and vinyl to the breakout areas, and modified the ceiling. The 600m2 renovation took approximately six weeks and the result is a bright, modern premises.
O’Neil Financial Planning
The premises in Erindale Rd required a renovation as part of a new lease agreement. TKO demolished and removed a kitchen and reception area and constructed a new boardroom, reception, kitchen and toilet. The floor treatments were also replaced and the premises repainted.
NEW WORKS
TKO has commenced a number of projects in the last month including:
- Urban Quarter- a 300m2 office fitout in Kishorn Rd Applecross.
- Immigracious Migration Agents – an office renovation in West Perth.
- Talent2 – an office renovation that required close liaison between the project manager and the client. As the premises was a functioning office, the works had to be staged in order to minimise disruption to the staff.
- PF Ritchie- an office fitout for a boutique accounting firm who are relocating to new premises in Freshwater Parade, Claremont.
TKO Christmas Trading
